Tim McCreary
President, Managing Partner
Tim has been in the Commercial Moving and Storage business for almost 25 years – starting almost the day he graduated from James Madison University. He was one of the founding partners of Richmond Commercial Services (RCS) and has used his guidance to help grow the business from a couple of trucks. When he’s not working, Tim can be found either on his bike, running, swimming or spending time with his lovely wife and daughters.
Miller Isley
Partner
Miller has worked side by side with his brother, Tray, for nearly 20 years. Miller heads up our Commercial Moving and Storage operations and sales. Many of Miller’s clients require a smooth transition from a corporate move to document management; being on both of our business means that clients are well taken care of. Miller is an avid golfer, but is more likely to be with his wife and two daughters, probably at the beach.
Tray Isley
Partner
Tray heads up our records management company EnTrust which includes document management, vault storage, shredding, and recycling for nearly 20 years. Tray’s engaging style will ensure that your records couldn’t be in better hands than with EnTrust. When not on the phone or on I-64 visiting with clients, Tray is most likely on the golf course or with his family.
Rick “RM” Murren
Account Executive
RM has worked in every aspect of our commercial moving department since 1994. In the last two years, he has transitioned into Sales and Project Management. RM has been known to wear a suit, dress shirt and khakis, and a work uniform all in the same week.
Graduated from Hermitage High School in Richmond 1986, he was a captain on the wrestling team as well as football. United States Marine Corps ’86-’90 in Okinawa, Japan. RM enjoys exercising and spending time with his family.
Montie Harper

Montie spent the vast majority of his career inside a Fortune 500 company – he brings this well-rounded background and experience to your account. Montie prides himself on always searching for ways to make people’s lives better.
Lynn Harper
HR Manager/Collections Manager
Lynn has been in the customer service industry for 36 years, and NO one is more adept at making people feel cared for than Lynn. She wears a variety of multi-tasking hats in our company – one-part Human Resources, one-part Customer Service, one-part Office Management, one-part All-Around Enthusiast! When not helping us here, she is most likely with her children and grandchildren or traveling somewhere around the world.

Leon started out as a crew leader beginning in 2004 whereby in 2009 he was promoted to Logistics & Distribution Supervisor. His daily responsibilities include coordinating projects, schedules, manpower, equipment and supplies. He also maintains our fleet of trucks and vehicles.
